摘要
[目的]观察疏血通与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]将66例急性脑梗死随机分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通与奥扎格雷钠,对照组在常规治疗基础上只加用奥扎格雷钠,不用疏血通。[结果]治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]疏血通与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死可提高临床疗效,用药安全,未见明显严重不良反应。
[ Objective ] Shuxuetong and ozagrel the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and safety. [ Meth- od]66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were treated based on the use and ozagrel Shuxuetong the control group on the basis of conventional therapy plus ozagrel only, not sparse blood through. [ Results ] The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. [ Conclusion] Shuxuetong and ozagrel the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the clinical efficacy, dru safety, no significant serious adverse reactions.
