摘要
中医辨证分四型治疗:肝胃不和型,治宜疏肝理气,和胃降逆;肝胃郁热型,治宜疏肝泻热,降逆和中;脾胃虚寒型,治宜健脾和胃,温中散寒;气滞血瘀型,治宜疏肝理气,活血止痛。认为脾胃为本,肝胆为标,疏肝和胃,活血行气为主要治疗原则。
