从中医对紫癜性肾炎病名的认识、紫癜性肾炎中医病因病机的认识(风热化毒,热毒血瘀;湿热化毒,热毒血瘀;阴虚火旺,瘀毒内蕴;脾肾两虚,瘀毒阻络;"热毒、血瘀、本虚"之间的关系等)对紫癜性肾炎中医病因病机作了探讨。
