心理护理配合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的护理观察

Psychological Care with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy the Clinical Efficacy of Sudden Deafness

[目的]观察中医辨证心理护理配合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。[方法]对124例随机分为心理护理组和基础护理组,两组给予相同药物治疗方案及高压氧治疗,心理护理组为基础护理组基础上加用心理护理。[结果]中医辨证心理护理组总有效率为90.3%,基础护理组总有效率为64.5%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中医辨证心理护理对突发性耳聋患者的康复有着重要临床意义。

[ Objective] To observe the curative psychological care with hyperbaric oxygen therapy the clini- cal eEfieacy of sudden deafness. E Methods] 124 patients were randomly divided into psychological care group and primary care group, which were given the same drug treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment, psychological care and primary care group based on the use of psyehological care. [ Results ] TCM psychological care total effective rate was 90.3 % , primary care and total effective rate was 64.5 % , respectively, there were sig- nificant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] TCM psychological eare to the rehal^ilitation of patients with sudden deafness have important clinical significance.
