激素敏感性肾病综合征患儿血清白细胞介素-18表达和T细胞亚群变化的意义

摘要 目的探讨激素敏感型肾病综合征(SSNS)患儿血清白细胞介素-18以及T细胞亚群变化及意义。方法应用流式细胞仪对23例活动期和30例缓解期SSNS分别检测TNF-α、IL-10的水平变化及血清中的白细胞介素-18,分析各临床指标的相关性。结果 SSNS患儿活动期IL-18、TNF-α水平显著高于缓解期及正常儿童,活动期IL-10较缓解期和正常儿童无明显变化。血清IL-18与TNE-α水平呈正相关,与IL-10无明显相关性;缓解期患儿TNF-α、IL-10、IL-18与正常儿童无明显变化。结论 SSNS患儿在活动期外周血T淋巴细胞亚群间比例失调,IL-18促进了TH1免疫应答,是参与SSNS发病的重要介导因子。
