The packing technique of exchanging gas is an application technique,which is developed recent years in the world.Because there are evitant objects,better effect and wide uses,the packing technique has been developed faster. We have already used this technique to pack "*" for keeping it freshly, and have already obtained better result. My thesis attempts to discuss the basic principle and technological plan of the packing technique, and compares it with existing others. This technique can be used to pack products of many trades
