浅谈如何保护警察在执行公务中的合法权益

On Police Rights and Interests Protection in Official Duties Execution

人民警察在执行公务过程中,经常会受到违法犯罪嫌疑人及不明真相群众的侮辱谩骂、诬告陷害甚至袭击和围攻,警察的合法权益受到危害。警察权益遭受不法侵害,既有社会转型期矛盾加剧、群众法制观念淡薄、法制不完备等客观原因,也有警察自身缺乏良好的战术意识、战术技能差、执法能力不强等主观原因。因此,保护警察在执行公务中的合法权益是一项长期复杂的系统工程,需要采取多方面的对策和措施。

In the pursuance of duty, the police often get insulted, false accusation or even attacked by criminal suspects and masses and their legal rights are in jeopardy. It is not only because of social transformation of conflicts, people＇s flagging sense of law, but also other objective factors for example ： the police＇s lack of good tactical awareness and tactical skills, poor law enforcement capacity. Therefore, the protection of the police in the official duties implementation is a long and complicated system which needs to take various countermeasures.
