基于典范对应分析的南太湖入湖口浮游植物-环境关系研究 被引量:6

RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PHYTOPLANKTON AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS IN THE INLETS OF SOUTH OF TAI LAKE BASED ON CANONICAL CORRESPONDENCE ANALYSIS

摘要 于2008年9月至2009年8月在南太湖入湖口进行了浮游植物统计、鉴定和相关环境因子监测分析。应用CANOCO4.5软件对获得的浮游植物物种数据和环境因子数据进行了典范对应分析(CCA),并作出了物种分布与环境因子关系的二维排序图。结果表明,共检出浮游植物8门93种,所选取的主要环境因子对浮游植物生长影响大小依次为:氮磷比(N/P)>总磷(TP)>总氮(TN)>溶解氧(DO)>水温(T)。以水华微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa Kütz)为代表的蓝藻门,以简单衣藻(Chlamydomonas simplex Pasch)为代表的衣藻门和啮蚀隐藻(Cryptomonas erosa Her)为代表的隐藻门中浮游植物受总磷(TP)浓度影响较大。包括小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris Beij)、四角十字藻(Crucigeniaquadrata Morr)、长尾囊裸藻(Phacus longicauda Duj)等多数蓝藻门、绿藻门、硅藻门、裸藻门内的绝大多数浮游植物受水体中氮磷比(N/P)影响较大。 Statistics,characterization and environmental factor analysis of phytoplankton were carried in the inlets of south of Tai lake form September 2008 to August 2009.Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) was applied to explore the relationship between phytoplankton species and environmental parameters using CANOCO 4.5.CCA biplot of phytoplankton species and environmental variables were studied in the inlets of south of Tai lake.The results showed that phytoplankton had 93 Genus of 8 phyla.Primary environmental factors that has influence on phytoplankton was N/P 〉TP〉TN〉 DO〉water temperature.Microcystis aeruginosa Kütz on behalf of Cyanophyta and Chlamydomonas simplex Pasch on behalf of Cryptophyta were restricted by TP concentration.Including Chlorella vulgaris Beij,Crucigenia quadrata Morr,Phacus longicauda Duj and so on which belong to Cyanophyta,Bacillariophyta,Bacillarophyta and Euglenophyta were restricted by N/P concentration.
