摘要
介绍了旋压加工工艺特点,通过改变旋压轮的数量、进给量、进给速度及加工角度,得出了加工汽车三元催化器壳体的最优旋压加工方法。与两半冲压焊接形式的汽车三元催化器壳体加工方法相比,在冷加工状态下采用双轮旋压加工方法可一体成型三元催化器壳体,提高了材料利用率,缩短了加工时间,产品质量减轻约10%,加工能耗约降低25%。
In this essay,spinning technology is discussed and the optimal spinning method of using the spinning technology to machine automobile catalytic converter is obtained in detail through changing the number of spinning wheels,feed rate,feeding speed and machining angle.Compared with the two-halves stamping and welding machining method,the dual-wheel spinning method in cold machining state can produce integrated formed three-way catalytic converter casing,this method improves material utilization rate,shortens machining cycle,reduces product mass approx.10% and reduces energy consumption approx.of 25%.
