还原型谷胱甘肽对急性有机磷农药中毒患者心肌保护作用的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的 观察还原型谷胱甘肽对急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)致心肌损害的保护作用.方法 将80例AOPP急性心肌损害患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例.两组均予洗胃、补液、利尿、氯磷定及阿托品注射液等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)1800 mg(1次/d).对比分析两组患者的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、心电图(ECG)的变化.结果 CK、CK-MB、cTnI及ECG的恢复情况治疗组均优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 还原型谷胱甘肽对AOPP急性心肌损害有明显的保护作用. Objective To study the clinical protective effect of reduced glutathione on myocardial damage of the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods 80 patients with myocardial damage induced by AOPP were divided into the treatment group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40 ). Conventional treatment was given to both groups, including gastric lavage, fluid replacement, diuresis and pralidoxime chloride and atropine. Additionally, the treatment group was treated with reduced glutathione (GSH) 1800 mg for once a day. The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum ( CK and CK - MB ), cardiac troponin 1 (cTnI) and electrocardiogram (ECG) were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results ECG and myocardial enzyme spectrum as well as the cTnI were all improved significantly in the treatment group, and the changes were superior to those of the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion GSH has protective effects on myocardial damage induced by AOPP.
