Progress in the antioxidant effect of hydrogen molecule

摘要 过去人们针对氧化应激损伤的治疗是寻找足够强的还原性物质,但还原性太强必然导致内源性氧化还原状态失衡,甚至导致抗氧化治疗失败.最近研究发现,氢气是一种良好的选择性抗氧化物质,可通过呼吸氢气、饮用或注射氢水溶液以及局部应用等多种途径供给病患,其临床应用价值非常值得期待.本文就相关研究最新进展进行综述,并对未来可开展的研究工作进行展望. Recently, some researchers find that hydrogen gas is a nice selective antioxidant and can be supplied by a variety of ways. This paper focuses on the latest progress of antioxidant effect of hydrogen molecule, and suggests some possible research direction in this field.
