摘要
目的五味子的质量考察。方法对77批五味子作了性状、薄层色谱鉴别、含量测定和杂质等方面的检验。又用薄层色谱、高效液相色谱和二级管阵列等方法作了非法添加染色剂和杂质的检查。结果 77批五味子中有17批不合格,不合格率为22.1%。结论要加强五味子的内在质量管理,保证临床用药安全有效。
Objective To investigate the quality of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis.Methods 77 batches of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis were determined by characters,TLC,HPLC and secondary tube array etc.Results 17 batches did not pass,so the unqualified rate was 22.1%.Conclusion Internal quality management of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis should be strengthened to ensure safety and efficiency of clinical medicine.
