9019张门诊处方用药分析

Analysis of Drug Use about 9019 Outpatient Prescriptions

目的通过分析我院门诊处方不合理用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法每月随机抽查2天门诊处方,对不合理用药处方进行分析。结果 2009年1~8月共抽查门诊处方9019张,不合理用药处方236张,占2.6%。不合理用药主要表现在联用不合理、药物选择不合理、给药方法不合理、溶媒选用不合理等方面。结论我院门诊用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,医院需加强处方点评的力度,进一步提高临床合理用药水平。

Objective To improve the clinical drug use level in our hospital by analyzing the irrational outpatient prescriptions.Methods Outpatient prescriptions of two days were randomly sampled every month,in order to analyze the irrational drug use.Results A total of 9019 outpatient prescriptions from January to August in 2009 were sampled;236（2.6%） were irrational;the main problems laied in the unreasonable combination,incorrect medicine,incorrect medication and unreasonable dissolvent.Conclusion The outpatient drug use in our hospital is rational on the whole,while it still exist some problems.Hospital should strengthen the prescription evaluation to improve the clinical drug use level.
