New Development in the Study of International Institutions:A Literature Review on Institutional Effectiveness

摘要国际制度有效性的研究是国际制度理论研究的一项基础性工作,也是全球治理理论的核心。由于有效性概念比较复杂,国际制度有效性的相关概念问题需要澄清。制度有效性研究涉及分类划分、评估标准、影响因素等。本文对制度有效性研究的未来趋势做了简单的展望,制度有效性的研究面临着认识论与方法论的挑战,也面临着理论与现实的困境,有效性研究还需不断的深入。 Effectiveness of international institutions is a fundamental theme in the study of international institutions. It is an essential theory of global governance. As the meaning of effec- tiveness is rather complicated, it is necessary to clarify the concepts related to the effectiveness of international institutions. The study of institutional effectiveness includes classifications, evalua- tion criteria and affective factors. Now it is challenged by epistemology and methodology, and is trapped in the dilemma of theory and reality. The paper presents a brief discussion of the future research tendency, and concludes that more profound researches on the effectiveness of international institutions are called on.
