面向精益生产的RFID人员自动标识技术

RFID based automatic worker identification for lean production

针对精益生产中对人员管理的需求,引入无线射频识别(RFID)技术对参与生产活动的相关人员进行自动标识。提出基于RFID技术的人员自动标识应用模式,开发具有三层数据结构的RFID人员自动标识模块,并针对企业信息管理系统的不同特点,设计RFID人员自动标识系统的两种实现方式,即单独应用方式和集成应用方式。在企业的应用表明,基于RFID技术建立的人员管理方法对实施精益生产有很好的促进作用。

Radio Frequency Identification（RFID） technology is introduced to identify workers in production process automatically to meet the demand of worker management in lean production.An automatic worker identification application mode based on RFID technology is given,and a module for automatic worker identification based on RFID with three-layer construction is developed.For the differences of information management systems in lean production,two realization forms of automatic worker identification system are designed,including the single application form and integrated application form.After using this system in a real production line,the result shows that the implementation of lean production is improved by the worker management approach based on RFID technology.
