在钛合金振动攻丝中切削液效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于振动攻丝技术能极大改善切削条件,降低攻丝转矩,提高加工精度,因而振动攻丝技术是解决钛合金螺纹孔加工的有效方法。在振动攻丝过程中,减少丝锥后刀面与被加工表面之间的接触界面,对减小界面摩擦系数十分重要。通过分析提高钛合金攻丝加工切削液润滑效果的途径,以矿物油和植物油为基体配制了七种切削液,并进行了对比实验,得出了能降低钛合金振动攻丝的攻丝扭矩,提高攻丝效果的切削液种类和方法。对螺纹孔加工理论与技术的研究具有重要的意义。 Due to vibration tapping technology can significantly improve the cutting conditions,reduce tapping torque,higher precision,thus vibration tapping technology is the solution titanium screw holes for an effective manner.In vibration tapping process,to reduce tap flank and being the contact interface between the machined surface on the importance of reducing the interfacial friction coefficient.Analyzes the process by increasing the titanium alloy tapping effect of cutting fluid lubricant ways to mineral oil and vegetable oil as the base prepared by seven kinds of cutting fluid,a comparison test,obtained that can reduce the tapping torque in vibration tapping titanium alloy improve the effectiveness of cutting fluid tapping types and methods.Right screw hole processing theory and technology of great significance.
