摘要
针对大型高压开关断路器三工位操动机构的设计开发展开研究。运用ADAMS仿真和Pro/E的二次投影和扫描软件,获得双滚子摆动从动件圆柱凸轮三维模型。建立了操动机构虚拟样机,并进行各种操作工况和设计参数的仿真试验。基于虚拟样机仿真对圆柱凸轮曲线进行设计研究,获得动态性能较好的双滚子摆动从动件圆柱凸轮传动曲线。为设计开发新型高压断路器操动机构提供了有效的手段。
Design and development of 3-position actuator for big size high-voltage breakers are discussed.A 3D model of two oscillating roller follower cylindrical cam is built by ADAMS and Pro/E.The virtual prototyping of a actuator is built to simulate and analyze on different operating conditions and design parameters.Cylindrical cam trough-outline with two oscillating roller follower was studied by VP simulation,a trough-outline with better dynamic performance is obtained.These provide an effective method for design and development of new actuator for high-voltage breakers.
