摘要
在水稻幼苗一叶一心期用质量浓度分别为6 mg·L- 1 的SOD( 超氧化物歧化酶)模型化合物(superoxide dismutase modelcompound ;SODMC) 和10 mg·L- 1 的含锌复合物进行叶面喷施,结果表明:两种化合物均能相应提高低温胁迫后稻苗的POD(peroxidase) 和CAT(catalase) 活性, 增加叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量,对冷害后幼苗生长的恢复、根系活力的增强有明显效果。
Superoxide dismutase model compound (SODMC) 6 mg·L -1 and zinc compound 10 mg·L -1 were sprayed upon the rice seedlings separately during the period of one leaf and one heart.All of the two reagent could raise the activites of POD and CAT,increase the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and protein.They also had obvious effects on recovering the seedling growth and enhancing the root activity after chilling stress.
