不同pH尿素溶液浸种对水稻种子发芽及幼苗素质的影响

The Effect of Seed Soaking in Urea Solutions with Different pH on the Seed Germination and the Vigor of Seedlings of Rice

进行了不同ｐＨ 值的尿素溶液水稻浸种试验。结果表明浸种液ｐＨ 对水稻种子萌发和幼苗素质有很大影响，其最佳ｐＨ 为５ ～６ ；尿素溶液浸种效果显著，其用量以５００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 为佳；ｐＨ 与尿素有一定的交互作用，以ｐＨ５５ ，尿素５００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 组合为佳。

The experiment of seed soaking in urea solutions with different pH was conducted.The results showed that pH of the solutions affected seed germination and seedling vigor of rice greatly,and the optimum pH was 5～6.Meanwhile, the factor of urea also weighed heavily in the growth of seedlings of rice,and the optimum mass fraction of urea solution was 500 mg/kg Some cross effects were observed between the pH and the mass fraction of urea.The best combination was pH 5.5 and urea mass fraction of 500 mg/kg.
