摘要
介绍了汽车变速箱壳体的消失模铸造工艺。为消除铸件缺陷,提出如下措施:(1)使用竹片加固模样,解决模样变形缺陷;(2)在挂涂烘干后的模样内铺上一层树脂砂改善粘砂缺陷。生产结果表明:变速箱壳体抗拉强度>200MPa、(A+B)型石墨体积分数≥70%、珠光体体积分数≥95%,组织与力学性能均能满足要求。
The lost form casting method of the automobile gearbox housing was introduced.In order to eliminate casting defects following measures were proposed:(a)using bamboo piece to reinforce the lost form pattern and prevent its deformation;(b)using resin sand-forming layer to cover the surface of the lost form pattern for the purpose to prevent burn-on.The production result showed that the tensile strength of the gearbox housing 200 MPa,A+B type graphite ≥70%,pearlite ≥95%,completely meeting the requirements.
