摘要
蝇蛆几丁糖对３ 种细菌均表现出不同程度的抑制作用，但在不同ｐＨ 值条件下的抑菌效果不同，以ｐＨ５５ 条件下抑菌效果较好，且随几丁糖质量浓度的升高，抑菌效果也相应增加。
The inhibition of housefly larvae chitosan to three kinds of bacteria was detected. The result showed that the inhibition was strong at pH 5.5. And the higher mass concentration of the chitosan was, the more obvious the inhibition effect appeared.
