海产品中无机砷快速检测方法研究

Study on the rapid determination method of inorganic arsenic in marine products

目的以试纸为载体,建立海产品中无机砷的快速检测方法。方法以硼氢化钾作为还原剂,将无机砷还原,形成砷化氢气体,与溴化汞试纸生成黄色至橙色的色斑。结果砷含量在0.0～10.0μg范围内显色呈良好的线性关系,本方法检出限为0.05 mg·kg^(-1)。结论本方法建立的无机砷快速检测方法简便,灵敏度高,适用于海产品现场无机砷的快速检测。

Objective To establish a method for the rapid determination of inorganic arsenic in marine products.Methods The trace arsenic was reduced into arsine by KBH_4.then the arsine react with mercuric bromide on test paper to form yellow to brown arsenic stain.Results The results presented the excellent range of As between 0.0 to 10.0μg.The detection limit was 0.05 mg·kg^（-1）.Conclusion The method was rapid,simple,sensitivity and suitable to the primary determination in spot of inorganic arsenic in marine products＋.
