常染色体显性多囊肾病的治疗进展
摘要
常染色体显性多囊肾病（ADPKD）是最常见的遗传性肾囊肿疾病，新生儿发病率为1／500～1／1000。ADPKD临床症状和体征一般出现在30～50岁，包括高血压、血尿、腰肋区疼痛、腹部包块、肾功能损害等。除肾囊肿进展外，常伴有其他器官的肾外表现：如肝、精囊、胰腺等囊肿，颅内动脉瘤、主动脉根扩张和动脉瘤、二尖瓣脱垂、腹壁疝等。
