摘要
1996 ~1997 年,对生长中客发梨山梨糖醇及其它糖含量进行测定。结果表明,果实中山梨糖醇含量有三个高峰期,即6 月初、7 月中旬和9 月中旬,其中6 月初含量最高;8 月初之前果实中的糖以山梨糖醇为主,从8 月中旬开始到采收前以果糖为主,而且果糖含量的增加与山梨糖醇的转化有关;
The contenst of sorbitol and other sugars were measured in kefa-pear fruit in tle course of growth during 1996~1997 Results showed that the content of sorbitol presented three peaks which were early of June,middle of July and late of september,and the highest was in early of June.Before early of August,sorbitol dominated over other sugurs in fruit,but from middle of August to harvest,fructose was dor minant in fruit The in crease of fructose was considered to be ruated to the change of sorbitol.The contents of glucose and sucrose in fruit Were low au the time and did not change greatly.
