摘要
针对滨海新区水资源短缺、水环境污染的现实背景,选取天津滨海新区以高耗水、重污染的化工行业为主导的泰达汉沽现代产业园作为具体研究案例,深入剖析其产业发展现状及水资源约束瓶颈,重点探讨基于水循环的生态工业园区发展模式,并尝试构建"开源、节流、循环"的高效水资源利用系统和以生产服务系统、静脉产业系统以及生态循环系统三者有机结合的生态工业园区循环利用体系。
Since industrial ecology has been formally developed as a subject in twentieth century,Eco-Industrial Park has been paid much attention in many countries.Based on the review and brief summary of relevant studies of Eco-Industrial Park all over the world,this paper selects Hangu Modern Industrial Park as the case to study its developing pattern of Eco-Industrial Park under the background of water shortage and water pollution in Binhai New Area.This park mainly consists of chemical industry that consumes and discharges a large amount of water under the constraints of water resources,so it is very important to explore its sustainable development with its fast economic growth under the constraints of water resources.First of all,this paper broadly analyzes the developing condition of Hangu Modern Industrial Park.Its water capacity is very low and this will be a severe problem in the long term.According the foregoing analysis,this paper puts its emphases on the research of Eco-Industrial Park pattern of Hangu Modern Industrial Park,and provides two separate modes for its Eco-Industrial Park development.One is mainly related to the sustainable development of its water resources.Hangu Modern Industrial Park should properly take use of many water resources and promote its using efficiency in order to establish an efficient water system.The other is mainly involved of the sustainable development for its industry.It demonstrates that Hangu Modern Industrial Park should be broadly made up of four parts,which are chemical industrial cluster,research and development foundation,venous-industry system and urban supporting system,in order to constitute the Eco-Industrial Park.Finally,this paper also attempts to provide the comprehensively circular economic pattern which is made up of producing system,venous-industry system and ecological system,with the aim to give more suggestions for the sustainable development of Hangu Modern Industrial Park in Binhai New Area and try to illuminate relevant researches concerning Eco-Industrial Park or industrial ecology.
