摘要 山东鄄城黄河大桥为主跨120 m的大跨径全连续波形钢腹板PC结合梁公路桥。综述该桥主要施工技术:采用支架法施工0号块;利用特制桁架安装定位首块波形钢腹板;通过标高、轴线及节段钢腹板变形控制桥梁线形;波形钢腹板悬臂节段采用桁车悬浇施工;波形钢腹板现场采用螺栓先临时固定后施焊的连接方法;钢-混凝土结合部位施工时应重点控制混凝土施工,同时设置横坡及安装止水带来防水。 Juancheng Huanghe River Bridge in Shandong is a long span completely continuous corrugated steel web and prestressed concrete (PC) composite girder bridge with main spans each 120m. A summarized account of the principal construction techniques for the bridge is presented herewith. Specifically, the segment No. 0 of the composite girder was constructed by the scaffolding method, the specially-made truss was used to position and install the first corrugated steel web. The geometric alignment of the bridge was controlled according to the elevation, axial line and deformation of the steel webs on each segement. The cantilever segments with the corrugated steel webs were cast in suit by the truss trolley. The webs were firstly temporarily fixed by bolts and then connected by welding in field. In the construction of the connection parts of the steel and concrete, the control of the concrete construction was the key point and at the same time, the transverse gradients and waterproof bands were respectively set and installed to prevent water from coming in.
