摘要
目的：探讨外科手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果及临床意义.方法：对我院2008年1月～2009年12月间治疗的乳腺纤维瘤98例,观察手术效果及手术后治愈状况.结果：在2月～24月的随访中,术后复发1例,积乳1例,术后不明疼痛等后遗症1例.结论：对不同年龄及瘤体大小采取不同的治疗方法是治疗乳腺纤维瘤的个体化手段;随着肿瘤体积的增大,术后复发率和并发症的发生率增加.
Objective; To investigate the clinical significance and effect of surgical treatment in breast fibroids. Methods： The clinical effect of 98 cases with breast fibroma were observed during January 2008 December 2009 . Results：There werel ease with recurrence , 1 ease with milk silt and 1 case with pain in 2 months--24 months follow--up Conclusion： Applying the different treatment to different patient Was individualized method the recurrence and the complications rate were increased following the tumor size.
