摘要
采用梯度升温曲线,在170~310℃内,每间隔10 min升高10℃对聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维进行热处理,使用光密度法研究了PAN纤维的热稳定化。结果表明:PAN纤维在热稳定化过程中光密度发生了变化,热稳定化过程中纤维表面会发生反应生成致密的氧化层,导致皮芯结构的形成。光密度法是系统研究PAN纤维热稳定化程度与氧化均匀性的理想方法,具有良好的准确性灵敏性;引入了光密度标准差有效评估PAN纤维皮芯结构程度。
Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber was subjected to heat treatment according to a gradient temperature elevation programme of rising 10℃per 10 min from 170℃to 310℃.The thermal stabilization of PAN fiber was studied by optical densitometric analysis.The results showed that during the thermal stabilization,the optical density of PAN fiber changed,some reaction occured and a compact oxidation layer formed on the fiber surface,resulting in the formation of sheath-core structure.Attributing to its high accuracy and sensitivity,optical densitometric analysis was considered as an ideal method for the systematical investigation of the thermal stabilization degree and oxidation uniformity of PAN fibers.The standard deviation of optical density was introduced to efficiently evaluate the sheath-core structure of PAN fibers.
