1598例角膜异物临床分析及取出体会

目的：通过对1598例角膜异物病因、预后分析并介绍取出异物的经验,探讨角膜异物治疗更有效的方法.方法：对我院2006年3月～2008年12月在我院门诊就诊的1598例角膜异物的病因、检查治疗、预后等统计,找出角膜异物伤的主要原因及分析其的治疗效果.结果：1598例角膜异物发生的主要原因是敲打、砂轮磨削、电焊金属物产生的铁屑飞入眼内所致.角膜异物者按无菌操作在裂隙灯显微镜下将角膜异物剔除.结论：角膜异物是非常常见的眼科疾病,以从事五金作业的工人为主,严重者影响视力,应对其预防引起高度重视.角膜异物患者应及早就诊以及时取出异物,术者操作宜轻柔、准确,以减少对角膜的损伤.
