院前急救护理风险因素分析与防范对策

摘要 目的:探讨风险管理在防范院前急救医疗纠纷和投诉中的作用.方法:针对急救工作中高风险的护理行为制定完善的院前风险管理制度、突发事件风险管理预案,并将院前急救护理风险管理纳入科室质控管理的重点,指派专门质控员管理.定期反馈质控信息并持续改进.结果:实施风险管理 5年来急救队员防范风险的能力,应急实战能力均增强,院前抢救成功率提高,纠纷和投诉的发生率降低.结论:在院前急救实施风险管理维护了医患者双方的合法权益,院前急救的整个过程中趋于安全化,提升院前急救护理质量的内涵,达到了降低院前护理纷纠纷和投诉发生的目的. Objective: To explore the effect of risk management on the prevention of medical disputes and complains in pre--hospital aid. Methods On account of the high risk in nursing behaviors of emergency treatment, we established sophisticated pre--hospital risk management system and made emergency risk management plans. The pre--hospital emergency nursing management was brought into the important point of section quality control management, and a special quality controller was appointed to adminstrate and provide feedback information. Conclusion Over the 5 years practice, the abliltties of feed--off risk and the combat emergency rescue capabilities of emergency personnel have been enhanced, the success rate and the nursing disputes and complaints have been improved and reduced, respectively. Results This practice facilitated nurse--patbmt relationship, re- duced nursing disputes and complaints.
