外伤性截瘫病人并发症的护理体会

目的：探讨外伤性截瘫病人并发症的护理措施,以预防和减少其并发症的发生.方法：回顾性分析我院2008年6月～2010年9月58例外伤性截瘫患者病例,并对我院护理措施进行归纳总结.结果：我院通过采取有效的护理措施患者无一例并发症发生.结论：针对外伤性截瘫患者可能出现的并发症,护理人员应以高度责任心和责任感,认真积极采取正确的护理措施预防和减少外伤性截瘫患者并发症的发生.

Objective：To study the complications of traumatic paraplegia nursing measures to prevent and reduce complications. Methods A retro- spective analysis of our hospital from June 2008 to September 2010 of 58 cases of traumatic paraplegia patients, and hospital care measures summa- rized. The results of our hospital care by taking effective measures in case of patients with no complications. Conclusion For patients with traumatic paraplegia possible complications, nurses should be a high sense of responsibility and sense of responsibility to take proper care to seriously active measures to prevent and reduce complications in patients with traumatic paraplegia occurred.
