摘要
职前外语学科教学知识是影响外语师范毕业生实现零距离上岗的重要因素之一。本文首先探讨了外语学科教学知识的内涵及特征,然后对刚刚走上教师岗位的毕业生的学科教学知识进行了定量分析。结果显示,这些毕业生职前掌握了一定的学科教学知识,能够完成基本的教学任务。但是,距离胜任还有差距,表现在两个方面,一是学生知识的欠缺,主要是不了解学生的学习困难和先前知识。二是主题知识的欠缺,主要是欠缺系统的理论知识及其应用能力。基于以上结果,文章提出了相应的建议。
The pedagogical content knowledge of pre-service teachers of foreign language is one of the important impediments in their career development. This paper interprets the connotations and features of the pedagogical content knowledge of teachers of foreign languages, and then makes a quantitative analysis of the pedagogical content knowledge of the teachers who have just started their teaching career. The correlation analysis shows that with the pedagogical content knowledge obtained at university they are able to complete the regular teaching tasks, but they are still far away from being highly qualified teachers owing to their insufficient knowledge of students and the academic subject itself. As a matter of fact, they cannot fully understand students' difficulties and do not have a good picture of their prior knowledge. What' s more, they lack systematic theoretical knowledge and its application ability. Finally, the paper offers some suggestions based on the results.
