钻修机井架冷放空方法在旅大5-2油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了利用钻修机冷放空系统方法在旅大5-2油田的应用风险及其控制措施。由于旅大5-2WHPB平台重新定位后,2平台间距只有2 m,从而造成DPP平台火炬臂影响导管架和组块安装,为此需要在导管架下水前拆除DPP平台火炬臂,同时将平台火炬放空改为临时冷防空。绥中36-1一期调整项目LD5-2DPP平台利用钻修井井架进行冷放空技术的成功应用,不仅充分利用了老平台的结构设施,无需建造安装新的冷放空设施,同时在短期切除火炬后平台无需停产,原有平台的各种作业照常进行,大大节省了投资和能耗,并保证了原有油田的产量,为今后相似油田开发提供了成功的范例。 After the LD 5-2 WHPB platforms was located,between two platforms was only 2 meters apart,resulting in the installation of the jacket and topside being influenced by the flare arm on LD5-2 DPP platform, so the flare arm on LD-DPP platform needed to be removed before the jacket is installed,and the cold blowdown system would replace the flare system when the flare system was removed, its success application on CNOOC LD5-2 DPP platform, not only takes full advantage of the structure and facilities of the old platform replace the installation of the new vent system,but also the LD5-2 DPP platform need not to stop production and all operations would be as usual, and significantly saving in investment and energy consumption, and to ensure the output of existing oil field,and provide a successful example for the similar to oil field development in the future. Main description is presented of the risk and control measures of the method of the cold blowdown by the derrick of the drilling unit in the LDS-2 oilfield.
