摘要 针对目前钻井用重晶石粉在运输及加重过程中存在人力、物力的严重浪费及对环境严重污染的现象,研制了钻井用重晶石粉密闭加重循环系统。该系统由储料系统、卸料系统、配气系统、混配器等组成,采用空气压力输送,利用罐内和罐外的压力差使重晶石粉排出灰罐,进入高效混配器与泥浆混配形成重泥浆。现场试验表明:该系统卸灰速度≥1.5 t/min,可以大大改善劳动条件,减少重晶石粉的损耗和环境污染,提高了工作效率。 The development of closed drilling barite weighting and circulating system can solve the waste of material and man-power and environmental contamination during the process of trans- portation and weighting-up. The system consists of material storage system, discharge system, gas distribution system, mixing device and other components. By the air pressure difference between the inside and the outside of tank, barite can be delivered, discharged out of powder tank and then fed into the highly efficient mixing device in which mud mixes with barite to become heavy mud. Discharging rate is greater than (or equal to)1. 5 t/min. Field tests showed that this system could greatly improve the working conditions, reduce the loss of barite and environmental pollution, im- prove working efficiency.
