新型卡瓦式井下节流器打捞工具研制及应用

Development and Application of Fishing Tool for Slip-type Downhole Throttle

针对现有工具打捞未失效卡瓦式井下节流器的问题,设计了一种压缩卡瓦式井下节流器中心杆并使其胶筒回缩的新型打捞工具。现场应用表明:该工具操作方便、结构合理、性能可靠、易于加工;有效提高了卡瓦式井下节流器打捞成功率,缩短了打捞作业时间,节约了打捞费用,在苏里格气田节流器打捞作业中发挥了重要作用。

It is difficult for existing tools to fish in slip-type downhole throttle without failure,so a novel tool for slip-type downhole throttle with a compressible slip center rod is designed. The compressible slip center tion also indicates that rod will make the rubber retraction much easier. The Successful applica- this new tool shows some features such as easy operation, reasonable structure,reliable performance and easy processing. This new tool sion success rate of fishing in slip-type downhole throttle,shorten saves the fishing costs and thus plays an important role for fishing effectively improves the the time of fishing operat ions, work in the Sulige gas field.
