左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统非避孕临床应用进展

摘要 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（LNG-IUS）是德国SCHERING公司在20世纪70年代研制,并在欧洲进行了长达7年之久的临床研究后90年代投放市场的一种新型的宫内激素避孕系统（IUS）。基型是长32mm的T型塑料支架,主干纵臂是一袖型容器,长19mm,内含52mg的LNG。
