摘要
研究土壤放线菌G30次生代谢产物的抗菌谱及其发酵液的稳定性,采用抑制菌丝生长速率法、管碟法测定发酵液的生物活性,在不同条件下测定发酵液的稳定性。结果表明:在对12种供试病原真菌的抑制效果中,6种菌丝生长的抑制率达到80%以上;在连续传代10代过程中,4℃及常温保存条件下,G30菌株的培养特征和抑菌活性基本没有变化;发酵液在60-100℃的温度梯度下没有丧失活性,在强酸(pH值2)、强碱(pH值12)条件下也都比较稳定。G30菌株的代谢产物具有广谱抗菌活性和强稳定性,具有一定的开发价值。
Antimicrobial spectrum and stability of the fermentation extracts produced by actinomycete strain G30 were studied,by means of mycelium growth rate and cup-plate method,the fungicidal activity of bioassay was studied,the stability of the fermentation extracts in different condition was measured.The results showed that six kinds of pathogens with an inhibitory rate more than 80% in twelve kinds of pathogens;The cultural characteristics and bacteriostatic activity of strain G30 were not altered by ten serial subcultures or modifying the preserved temperature in 4 ℃ or normal temperature;The fermentation liquid didn′t lose activity in high temperature(60~100 ℃),it was also been steady under the condition of strong acid(pH 2)and strong base(pH 12).Metabolic products of actinomycete strain G30 had broad-spectrum antibacterial actirity and strong stability.The actinomycete strain G30 was worthy of develop.
