摘要
动物转基因技术是一项新的生物学技术,可应用于畜牧业及生物医学等领域。对转基因动物的制作方法及应用进行了综述,对其发展趋势进行展望,以促进动物转基因研究的开展。
Animal transgenic technique is a new biological tool,and is applied in a few of fields,such as animal husbandry and biomedical science.The status of production and application of transgenic animals were summarized,and the development trend was analyzed,in order to improve the study of animal transgenic.
