摘要
为解决卷烟生产线废料回收物流系统处理废料能力不足、回收效率低的问题,应用排队论建模方法建立了适合于废料回收物流系统的模型。结果显示:①M/M/1/N/∞模型适用于日处理量低于219箱的废料回收系统;②M/M/c/N/∞模型适用于日处理量大于220箱的废料回收系统;③两个串列的M/M/1/N/∞模型适用于日处理量220~735箱之间废料回收系统。卷烟生产线可根据需要按照系统的日处理能力、废料回收效率、平均逗留时间、投入的服务台数和需要系统容量、占用AGV的时间等各项指标,组合优化建立模型并进行设施改造,可较好地解决当前卷烟废料回收业务效率低的问题。
As a solution to the problems of insufficient capacity of waste handling and low efficiency of the logistic system for reclaiming waste from cigarette making lines,models for the logistic system were established by queuing theory.The results showed that: 1) M/M/1/N/∞ model fitted to the system handling less than 219 waste containers daily;2) M/M/c/N/∞ model fitted to the system handling over 220 waste containers per day;3) 2-tandem M/M/1/N/∞ model fitted to the system handling 220 to 735 waste containers.The factors involving in the models included daily handling capacity,waste reclaim efficiency,average lingering time,number of the machine in use and demanded system capacity,and time of AGVs being occupied.
