摘要 为了解决现有烟支质量在线检测系统的封闭性问题,提高缺陷烟支剔除的准确率,满足卷烟企业提高烟支品质和生产管理信息化要求,研发了烟支质量在线检测系统。该系统以标准PC和商用I/O硬件作为硬件平台,采用RTX对Windows进行实时扩展,集成了烟支在线质量检测系统和OPC服务器,克服了现有系统缺陷烟支漏剔率和误剔率较高的问题,满足了对每支烟进行检测分析和对缺陷烟支准确剔除的实时性要求。利用PC的联网能力,通过OPC标准接口满足了企业信息化需求。使用效果表明,系统检测精度高,漏气烟支的漏剔率和误剔率均小于0.2%,空头漏剔率和误剔率均小于0.1%,系统运行稳定,调试简单,减少了维护工作量。 Aiming at the shortcomings of existing online cigarette inspection system,a new online cigarette inspection system was developed to improve the rejection accuracy for defective cigarettes.The system used standard PC and commercial I/O hardware as a hardware platform,adopted RTX to extend Windows and integrate online cigarette inspection system with OPC server.It real-timely detected and analyzed every cigarette and accurately rejected defective cigarettes.By the networking ability of PC,the system offered information for the demand of enterprise through OPC standard interface.The application results indicated that the system ran stably and was easy in setting and maintenance,whose missing rate and false rate in rejecting air leak or loose end cigarette were less than 0.2% or 0.1%,respectively.
