摘要
Super9卷接机组的卷烟纸在拼接过程中,纸芯上剩余的卷烟纸较多,造成卷烟纸浪费,为此对卷烟纸纸盘架上的脉冲触发盘进行了改进。脉冲触发盘的触发体数量由20个增加到了30个,弧长由13.35 mm减少到7.23 mm,由此减少了触发体通过接近开关的时间。改进后Super9卷接机组提高了控制卷烟纸直径的精度,卷烟纸拼接后纸芯上剩余卷烟纸由8~12 m左右减少到平均3 m左右,提高了卷烟纸的利用率。
In order to minimize the cigarette paper remaining on the exhausted bobbin after splicing in Super 9 cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the pulse trigger disk in cigarette paper bobbin holder was improved.The number of trigger in the trigger disk was increased from 20 to 30,arc length was decreased from 13.35 to 7.23 mm,and the duration each trigger passing over the proximity switch reduced accordingly.After improving,the cigarette paper bobbin diameter was controlled more accurately,the cigarette paper remained on the used bobbin decreased from 8-12 m to about 3 m.
