摘要
为测定烟草中"仲丁灵"残留量及向烟气中的转移率,建立了正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,石墨-氨基固相萃取柱净化,3∶1(体积比)乙腈+甲苯混合液洗脱,GC-MS/MS检测方法,并采用该方法测定了12个不同施药量烤烟烟叶及其烟气样品。结果表明:①方法的检测限为0.87 ng/mL,烟叶、烟气的"仲丁灵"平均回收率分别为101.02%和96.59%,RSD为6.11%和6.79%;②相同部位,随着田间"仲丁灵"施药量的增加,烟叶中"仲丁灵"的残留量及在烟气中的含量均增加;③在施药量相同的情况下,烟叶中"仲丁灵"的残留量及在烟气中的含量为下部〉中部〉上部;④"仲丁灵"向主流烟气的转移率为10.49%~14.28%,平均12.76%。该法可用于烟草中"仲丁灵"残留量及其向烟气中转移率的测定。
In order to determine the residue of butralin in tobacco and its transfer rate into smoke,a method for determining butralin with GC-MS/MS is developed.The butralin in sample was extracted with acetonitrile saturated by n-hexane, purified by graphite-amidocyanogen solid phase extraction cartridge,eluted with a mixture of 3∶1(v/v) acetonitrile-toluene,and determined by GC-MS/MS.Twelve flue-cured tobacco samples applied at different butralin rates during growing and their smoke samples were analyzed.The results showed that: 1) The average recoveries of butralin in tobacco and smoke samples were 101.02% and 96.59% with the relative standard deviation of 6.11 % and 6.79% at the limit of detection of 0.87 ng/mL,respectively.2) For the leaves of the same stalk position,the contents of butralin in tobacco and smoke samples increased with the increase of butralin application.3) For the same application rate,the stalk positions in the order of butralin content in tobacco leaf were lowermiddleupper.4) The transfer rates of butralin from tobacco into mainstream smoke ranged from 10.49% to 14.28% with the average of 12.76%.This method is suitable to determining the residues of butralin in tobacco and its transfer rate into smoke.
