半导体泵浦Nd:YAG固体激光器输出光束质量研究与实验测量 被引量:3

摘要 对激光二极管侧面泵浦全固态激光器的热效应进行了分析。由热的传导方程得出Nd:YAG晶体内的温度场分布,得到Nd:YAG的热焦距与泵浦功率的变化规律。同时,设计了测量不同泵浦功率下输出光束质量的实验装置并得到实验结果,最后对实验数据进行了简单的分析,得到最佳输出光束质量时的应用参数。 the thermal-lens effects of side-pumped solid-state laser by LD are studied.The temperature field of laser medium is established from heat exchange equation,and the relationship between thermal focal length of Nd:YAG and pumping power has been obtained.Design the equipment to measure the laser beam quality in different pumping condition and take the experiment result,obtain optimized parameter after discussing experiment result.
