印度尼西亚民主化改革以来华人经济的新发展及其启示

New Development of Overseas Chinese Economy since the Democratic Reform in Indonesia and Its Enlightenment

后苏哈托时代印度尼西亚新政府逐步放宽了对于华人经济发展的种种限制,华人经济发展的环境进一步改善。传统的华人大型企业集团经历战略重组、结构调整、优化布局后逐渐恢复元气并拓展了业务,新兴华人企业集团开始崭露头角,华人中小企业也逐步发展壮大,尤为重要的是华人开始组建经济类社团组织,借以加强与中国的经济联系,加速扩大华人经济的商业网络。印尼华人经济呈现出新的发展趋势,不仅推动了印尼国民经济的繁荣,同时也为中国"引进来"和"走出去"战略的实施提供了新的机遇。

In the post-Suharto period the Indonesian government has gradually relaxed its restrictions on the development of the overseas Chinese economy and consequently the environment of its development has been further improved.Through strategic reorganization,restructuring and layout optimization,the traditional big overseas Chinese enterprise groups have gradually recovered their strength and expanded their businesses,the newly emerging overseas Chinese business groups are rapidly coming to the front and the medium-sized and small enterprises are also growing step by step.More importantly,they are beginning to organize an economic society in order to strengthen their economic ties with China and accelerate the expansion of their commercial networks.The new developmental momentum of Chinese Indonesian economy has not only brought about the prosperity of the national economy in Indonesia,but also provided a new opportunity for China to implement its going-out and bringing-in strategy.
