猪源致病性链球菌分群鉴定及血清学调查

Grouping Identification and Serological Investigation of Pathogenic Streptoccus from Swine

应用间接血凝（ＩＨＡ）试验和环状沉淀试验对湖北、湖南、河南、江西和辽宁等省送检的病料中分离的猪源致病性链球菌６３ 株进行了血清学分群鉴定，两法的结果是一致的。鉴定出Ｃ群４０ 株，Ｄ群８ 株，Ｅ群１１ 株，Ｒ群４ 株。采用以上两法对鄂、湘、赣、豫等４ 省的２０ 个猪场随机抽样的４１４份不同猪群的血清进行链球菌群特异性抗体检测，在ＩＨＡ 法中的阳性率：Ｃ群５２．９０％ ，Ｄ 群１４．７３％ ，Ｅ群１８．３６％ ，Ｒ群４．３５％ ；环状沉淀试验中以上四群的阳性率分别为４６．１４％ ，１２．０８％ ，１４．７３％ 和３．１４％ 。两种方法的总符合率为８４．２２％ 。

strains of pathogenic streptoccus of swine Isolated from 5 provinces were identificated by Indirect hemagglutination (IHA) and Ring precipitation (RPA) Tests.The results were 40,8,11 and 4 strains for group C,D,E and R respectively. 414 serum semples from 20 pig farms were detected by IHA and RPA tests.In IHA test,positive rates of serum antibodies were 52.90%,14.73%,18.36% and 4.35% for group C,D,E and R respectively. In RPA test,positive rates of serum antibodies were 46.14%,12.08%,14.73% and 3.14% for group C,D,E and R repectively.Identical rate of both mathod was 84.22%.
