X-RAY MONO-CAPILLARY WITH METAL REFLECTING SURFACE

摘要 讨论了X射线反射材料和反射材料表面粗糙度对毛细管光学元件传输效率的影响,介绍了近年来以金属为反射面的单毛细管光学元件的研究进展,并对该类元件的未来发展进行了展望. Effects of material and capillary reflecting surface roughness on X-ray transmission efficiency were discussed. Recent developments about mono-capillary with metal reflecting surface was discussed, future developments of X-ray mono capillary was put into perspectives.
