应用多层螺旋CT Volume对500例不同年龄段肾脏实质体积测定及分析

摘要 目的运用螺旋CT Volume测定不同年龄段肾脏实质的体积,及时发现肾脏萎缩及肥大。方法选择18-90岁500例因非肾脏原因行腹部CT检查的体形相对正常的患者(男:身高170-178cm,体重60-80kg;女:身高1.58-1.66cm,体重45-60kg),测量他们的双肾实质体积及双肾实质CT值。结果 40岁以后,肾脏开始出现生理性萎缩;60岁以后,生理性萎缩愈加明显。但因人而异,一些身体素质好的人即便是60岁也没有出现生理性萎缩现象或很轻;而一些身体素质差的人虽然只有40岁,但生理性肾萎缩已经很明显了。肾脏的CT值与年龄关系不大,一般在30-40HU。结论 CT测量肾脏体积能够较为准确地反应肾脏大小。 Objective To measure the renal volume of different ages by using multi-slice spiral CT volume for detection and treatment of kidney atrophy and hypertrophy.Methods Were choosen 500 patients aged 18-90 years old,and their kidneys were relatibely normal and examined by abdominal CT(male:Their height was about 170-178,their weight were about 120-160kg,female: Their height were about 1.58-1.66,their weight were about 90-120kg) measure the volume of their kidneys and the real value of CT.Result After the age of 40,kidney began to atrophy in physiological,After the age of 70,it became clearer and clearer in physiologically atrophy.But it depended on,some healthy people did not have the symptom of physiologically atrophy even when they were 60 years old,while some people in bad health have the symptom of physiologically atrophy when they were 40 years old.So,we can see that,there is correction between CT value and the age.Conclusion It is accurate to measure the volume of the kidney to represent the size of the kidney.
