基于永磁扰动探头阵列的钢管端部自动探伤方法与装备 被引量:7

摘要 提出了一种利用永磁扰动探头阵列对钢管端部进行自动探伤的新方法。分析并给出了探头与钢管的相对运动方案,以使钢管纵、横向伤检测具有一致性。通过组建实验装置对该方法进行验证。设计了自动跟踪钢管端部跳动的永磁扰动探头阵列,开发出基于永磁扰动探头阵列的钢管端部自动探伤机,并给出了钢管端部检测过程的工艺要求。利用这种检测方法可以较大程度地减少钢管端部的检测盲区,钢管内外壁探头独立,可以区分内外伤。 A new automatic NDT method based on permanent magnetic perturbation(PMP)sensor array is proposed for pipe end flaw inspection. The relative motion between the detecting sensor and the pipe is analyzed, and then the solution is determined to assure the consistency of longitudinal and transverse flaw detections. The method is verified through relevant experimental apparatus. A PMP sensor array for automatically tracing pipe end jigging is designed, based on which a new automatic NDT system for pipe end flaw inspection is developed, and technological requirements for the inspection process are also defined. Thanks to the said new NDT method, the undetected area of the pipe end shall be considerably reduced. Moreover pipe inner and outer surface flaws can be detected separately owing to such a design that the sensors for inner surface detection and those for outer surface are independent to each other, which allows for identifying inner surface flaws from outer surface ones.
