西北地区体育教育专业武术套路专修教学内容的研究

Research On Teaching Content Of Physical Education Major In Wushu Routine In The Northwest

运用文献法、问卷调查法和数理统计方法对西北地区部分高校的体育教育专业武术套路专修的教学内容进行了现状调查,针对教学内容竞技化、教学时数参差不齐、学生能力培养薄弱以及武术套路专修课发展不均衡等问题,提出了西北地区的高校应从实际出发,突出教育特点,调整专修教学内容,淡化竞技,充实基础和实用性内容,加强学生综合能力培养的建议,旨在为西北地区武术套路专修教学内容的安排提供有价值的借鉴。

By using the methods of documental material,the on-the-spot investigation and the mathematical statistic,according to statistics and analysis on present situation of the athletics system of the technical content,the lack of student＇s ability,the imbalance to the development of major in Wushu routine teaching in the northwest of China.The author gives some optimizations for actual teaching contents of the P.E.major.
