影响普通高校跆拳道课教学的因素与对策研究

自从跆拳道运动被纳入到高校体育教学中后,其具有时尚、健身、和防身等特点,吸引着越来越多大学生的学习。但是在教学过程中我们发现大学生学习跆拳道时,存在各种问题影响跆拳道的教学效果,不利于跆拳道教学质量的提高。本研究对这些问题进行分析,并提出了解决对策。

With the characters of fashion,fitness,and self-defense etc,Taekwondo has been included in physical education in colleges and universities,which has attracted more and more students.However,during the process of teaching,there are a variety of problems about the teaching effect,which are not propitious to the improvement of teaching quality.This paper makes research and analysis about these problems and solutions.
